Guest List and RSVP Tracking: How to Know Who Is Really Coming

The difference between a tidy list and a messy one shows a week before the event, when you need the exact number for food and seats. Here is a simple method.

Guest List and RSVP Tracking: How to Know Who Is Really Coming

Collect the list at once

Paste names and numbers from your notes or contacts instead of typing them one by one, and set each guest's language and group (family, friends, work).

Follow the replies

  • Each guest opens their invitation and chooses Coming or Can't come, and adds the number of people.
  • Beside each name you see their status and last activity.
  • Tap last activity to see when the invitation was sent, how many times it was opened and at what times.

When a guest apologises in a private message

  • Change their attendance by hand to “Not coming” or “Coming”.
  • Their own answer is kept, never forgotten, and you can go back to it with one tap.
  • The status you chose counts in the totals and the reminders.

Before the event

  • Remind those who have not replied a week before, then a day before.
  • See who opened the invitation but did not reply, and call them.
  • On the day, check guests in at the door by scanning their QR (Premium and Gold).
