Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 October 2026
The service
Davet.top is a service to design online event invitations, publish them, send them to guests and collect their replies. By using the site you accept these terms.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with an e-mail and password. You are responsible for keeping your account safe and for everything done through it, including by partners you add to your invitation.
Your invitation's content
What you write and upload (texts, photos, music, guests' names and numbers) is yours and your responsibility. You must have the right to use the photos and music you upload, and a legitimate reason to add your guests' details and send them the invitation.
Unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes others' rights, may not be published. We may stop any invitation or account that does so.
Free trial and packages
Every new invitation works free for 3 days for up to 15 guests, then stops until a package is chosen. Packages, their features and prices are on the Pricing page; they are paid once per invitation in Turkish lira.
Payment is currently by bank transfer; the package is activated once the amount has arrived. Upgrading costs the difference. Prices may change later; this does not affect packages already paid.
Services done by hand
The Royal package and the «We set it up» add-on are done by our team by hand; their details and timing are agreed on WhatsApp before we start.
Availability
We work to keep the site available and take daily backups, but it may sometimes stop for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect losses from temporary interruptions.
WhatsApp messages
Invitation and reminder messages are sent on WhatsApp from your own phone and number; you are responsible for the messages you send.
Ending
You can unpublish your invitation at any time, or ask us to delete your account and data.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
