Try before you pay

Every invitation starts with a 3-day free trial, so you see your invitation and try it with your guests before paying anything.

Asking for a refund

If you paid and change your mind before sending the invitation to your guests, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the package's activation.

Once the invitation has been sent to guests, the digital content counts as delivered and used, and it is not refunded, unless a problem on our side stops your invitation from working and we cannot fix it.

Services done by hand

For the Royal package and the «We set it up» add-on: a full refund if cancelled before we start the work; after that, a part agreed according to the work done.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason. We return the amount by bank transfer to the account you paid from within 14 days of approval.
