How to pay and activate your package

Pay by bank transfer and send the receipt on WhatsApp.

1. Choose the package

From «My invitations» open the invitation and press the package or payment button. The packages page for that invitation opens, so you cannot pay for another one by mistake.

Choose the package, add «We set it up» if you like, and press «Continue to payment».

2. Transfer the amount

The bank account (IBAN), the amount and an order number appear. Transfer the amount and write the order number in the description.

3. Send the receipt on WhatsApp

Press the WhatsApp button: a ready message with the order number and amount opens; attach a photo of the receipt.

4. Activation

We activate your package once the transfer arrives, usually within a few hours.

Upgrades and the Royal package

If your invitation has a package and you want a higher one, you pay only the difference.

The Royal package is not ordered on the payment page: press «Talk to us on WhatsApp» to agree on the design first.
